Wingin’ it!

Another amazing item to cook on your smoker grill is chicken wings. They’re simple, delicious, and a crowd pleaser! Not to mention how simple they are to cook…

First off, you wanna pick up a flat of wings made up of flats and drumsticks. Your typical wing night looking wings. Be careful of what your buying to make sure you don’t have to do any extra work with breaking them apart into what you’re wanting to cook. Now that you’ve got your wings, make sure you have lots of PEAK BLEND to get them tasting their best. Preheat your smoker grill to 180℉. Put your wings in the proper sized mixing bowl and add some corn starch. The corn starch will give you a crispy skin finish that’ll have you and your guests wanting seconds. For reference, use about 1 TBSP for every 25 or so wings. Once you’ve mixed the wings with the corn starch and they have a tacky feeling to them, mix in a generous amount of PEAK BLEND. Now spread your wings evenly on your grill. This is a good time to see if you need more seasoning before getting your cook started. If so, sprinkle more on and then turn the grill up to 375℉ and set your timer for 30 minutes. Around the halfway mark you should flip your wings. This is a good way to make sure they don’t stick to the grill grates at the end of the cook. After your timer is done the internal temperature should be around 190℉. Your wings are done! Take them on and cover them in your favorite hot sauce or BBQ sauce. You might also choose to put them back on the grill for another 10 minutes to let the sauce tense up. Enjoy!
